Red Mountain - Red Blend
42% cabernet franc, 29% merlot, and
29% cabernet sauvignon. Entirely from Artz Vineyards. Aged 18 months in
French oak, 35% new. Bottled April 21,
2007. 417 cases produced.
Spice and pie cherry, mocha, currants, blueberry, black cherry, cinnamon,
anise, hints of rose, tobacco, and mineral. Silky entry, firm
mid-palate tannins.
Horse Heaven Hills - Red
Blend
39%
merlot, 33% cabernet franc, and 28% cabernet sauvignon. Entirely from
Aldercreek/Windy Ridge Vineyards. Aged 18 months in French oak, 39% new. Bottled April 29,
2007. 430 cases produced.
Violet and lavender notes, herb, earth, black plum, boysenberry, blueberry, cherry,
black spice, and toasty caramel. Earthy, fine-grained tannins and bright acidity.
Columbia Valley - Cabernet Sauvignon
100% cabernet sauvignon. 47% Boushey,
32% Artz, and 21% Windy Ridge. Aged 18 months in French oak, 37% new. Bottled
May 6, 2007. 467 cases
produced.
Violet, tobacco, currants, black fig, cassis, herbal/spice tea, blackberry and licorice.
Extraordinarily graceful, luscious mouthfeel.

Horse Heaven Hills - Red
Blend

merlot, 34% cabernet franc, and 24% cabernet sauvignon. Bottled April 22,
2006. 398 cases produced. Entirely from Destiny Ridge Vineyards.
Hints of vanilla, cinnamon, and sweet
oak spice. Vibrant flavors of red currants, plum, boysenberry and dried
cherries, with accents of herb and spice. Fine grained, mouth-coating
tannins. Lingering finish of dried fruit with a touch of butterscotch.
Enjoy from December 2006. Will age
gracefully for five to seven years.
Columbia Valley - Cabernet Sauvignon
(sold out)
100% cabernet sauvignon. 45.5% Boushey,
45.5% Artz, and 9% Destiny Ridge. Bottled on April 15, 2006. 270 cases
produced.
Deep color. Soft, velvety texture.
Exotic aromas of perfume and spice sprinkled with cocoa. A touch of
tobacco, herb and mint give way to cassis, black cherry, blackberry, and
baking chocolate.
Enjoy from December 2006. Will age gracefully for five to seven
years.

9% cabernet sauvignon. Entirely from Artz Vineyards. Bottled April 29,
2006. 269 cases produced.
Depth! Rich color and deeply aromatic.
Hints of truffle and mineral beneath layers and layers of black cherry, blueberry,
anise, sweet tobacco and whiffs of vanilla. Firm Red Mountain structure,
supple tannins, and a long, long finish.
Enjoy from December 2006. Will age
gracefully for ten or more years.

Columbia Valley Red Wine

54% cabernet sauvignon from Boushey and
Shaw and 46% merlot from Destiny Ridge. Aged 20 months in French oak, 25%
new. Bottled July 9, 2005. 98 cases produced.
Elegant in style, displaying pretty
floral and spice aromas with black cherry and berry fruits. Entices with
complex notes of anise and mint, cedar, herbs, and currants and berries.
Tannins are soft, finish lingers with hints of toast and chocolate. Best
enjoyed after 2005. Will develop gracefully for five to seven years.
